Changes in behaviour take time and commitment to embed, so the programme weaved four workshops with four one-to-one coaching sessions alternately. To bring the learnings fully into FedEx’s back yard, two business-critical projects were used to benchmark insights and demonstrate how a refreshed approach delivered real business benefit.
Pre-programme 360 feedback and creating individual development plans gave insights into their strengths and weaknesses, and directions to focus learning when it came to 1-2-1 coaching sessions.
Modules focused on stakeholder engagement and relationships, cultural change, courageous conversations, leadership, and story-telling. We also explored leader as coach, and strategy & decision making with the emphasis of leaders taking ownership of their development.
