With busy schedules and a wide breadth of desired deliverables, we created bite-sized development opportunities based on the insights gathered. Individual development plans were based on an honest and constructive feedback process. This gave everyone a panoramic view of their behaviours and the impact they have, and how they can be tweaked to align with larger cultural objectives and business-growth targets.
Resilience, Courageous Conversations and 20/20 Vision. Self-ownership became a key motif throughout. We helped leaders create a career vision through workshops that enabled them to deal with uncertainty and increase clarity. Within themselves, they found resilience and uncovered the skills and the confidence to enhance trust relationships and overcome barriers.
Synchronised with our world-leading Courageous Conversations programme, and employing PCI’s unique CLEAR process, the group could move on to workshops in collaboration, and finally a 20/20 Vision workshop. This was where the vision for leaders individually, and as an organization were honed.
