
PCI was called in to turn Redbridge Council's personnel department from one which executives called "inconsistent, inaccurate, untimely and not customer focused" into a high performance unit.
After a coaching programme based on individual as well as team mentoring was completed 85% of directors and senior managers said they were either satisfied or more than satisfied with the customer service they received from Personnel Services.
