Kevin McAlpin - Managing Director

Kevin began the business in 1995 having held several senior HR Director positions within the financial sector. The business has enjoyed immense growth over the past twelve years primarily due to Kevin's reputation as one of the leading performance coaches within the U.K. To sustain corporate growth over the next ten years, he has strengthened the board of the company with some senior presence. He continues to oversee all aspects of corporate performance whilst remaining a leading figurehead within the industry.

Andy Daley - Strategy Director

Andy joins the company from Barclays Bank PLC where his most recent positions were as the Corporate Banking Marketing Director and then as the Retail Marketing Director. His responsibilities include corporate direction and planning, sales and marketing objectives, product development, market analysis and competitor positioning.

Antony Brentnall - Sales and Marketing Director

Antony joins the company from Deutsche Bank PLC where his most recent responsibilities included sales & marketing and sponsorship. Antony is responsible for managing our client relationships, delivering the marketing agenda, ensuring the service we provide is of a market leading standard and for ensuring that we deliver on our promises.

Victoria Hirst - Operations Director

Prior to joining with her career spanning fifteen years, she held senior positions within legal and finance organisations including The Law Society. Her day to day responsibilities include legal and financial issues, managing organisational change, human resources and operational business.

Formal board meetings are held on a monthly basis.
