
Tammy is a versatile Executive Coach with over 15 years experience, she specialises in developing managers and leaders capabilities' and in transforming 'turbulent' teams and harnessing hidden opportunities for learning. She often works with organisations looking to manage challenging group dynamics and change or sustain competitive advantage by improving their approach to service delivery and to managing and leading.
She has designed and delivered a broad range of individual development coaching programmes, as well as service and organisational development initiatives.
She also has a proven track record of defining, designing and implementing learning and development programmes for staff at all levels. She has been a programme director for a number of management development programmes accredited by the Institute of Management. Tammy has worked across the private and public sector, coaching executives in the NHS, local government, the charitable sector and in manufacturing, among others.
Although she works primarily one-to-one as a coach, Tammy is also trained in group analytic methods and able to work with groups of staff with a variety of roles and differing levels of seniority and in a diverse set of organisations. Tammy has developed and deployed innovative solutions to help clients in a number of private, service sector and not for profit organisations meet their objectives.
