
Susan is an executive coach with a strong reputation built on 15 years of leadership and coaching experience across a broad range of business disciplines. These include operations, distribution, retail, project management and human resources both in the UK and Australia.
Clients value Susan's coaching style, which is straight-talking, grounded in commercial reality and focused on results. Her areas of expertise are one-to-one coaching, team development, and facilitation of workshops.
Recently she has been working with high potential individuals in several leading companies to develop personal impact and commerciality, positioning them for more senior positions.
Other projects include the development and delivery of tailored coaching programmes to individuals and teams to deliver performance results as well as the coaching of a regional director, to improve segment performance at a time of significant organisational change. She has also recently had great success with executive coaching within a call centre, targeted at senior managers to build an internal coaching culture.
Before becoming a full time executive coach, Susan's responsibilities ranged from leading teams of over 1000 people with profit & loss responsibility to career coaching of top executives at a global financial services organisation.
