She has a flexible approach to the learning styles of her clients and each interaction is tailored to individual need. In the words of her clients,
"Sue embodies the principles she works with: creativity, integrity, credibility and a passion for growth. She has the courage to ask difficult questions but always works with honour and respect.
She is able to quickly identify key issues & able to guide individuals & teams towards positive outcomes".
Her feedback is the most useful and constructive I can ever recall receiving.
Her extensive experience of executive coaching means she knows how to support the development both of the person who is becoming the leader alongside their skills and competencies. Sue specialises in reigniting careers and helping people through transition and change, this is done by helping them understand their unique purpose and the actions they need to take to achieve it.
She works with very simple principles of engagement, believing that we grow and develop best when we are acknowledged, accepted and appropriately challenged, a dynamic which encourages self-accountability. Sue's approach to coaching takes into account the broader context of organisation, team dynamic and individual: goals, experience, perspective and values.
By honouring this background she works with her clients in a way which allows them to produce and sustain healthy and highly effective strategies delivering results for the individual and the organisation.
Sue has 10 years experience coaching at Board & Director level. She is a committed long distance runner; high performance is fundamental to whatever she does.

Coaching in Sue's own words:
"Coaching is the most powerful way to create a confidential non-judgemental space where someone can explore & work towards their goals & if necessary overcome their own internal resistances. Coaching isn't 'done' to someone: it's about working with someone. Often, we may not truly appreciate our potential or what it is that might be holding us back. Coaching will help you realise that potential."
Are stories just a good yarn or an essential development tool to help coaches get their point across?
