Sharon Sands

Sharon has been an executive coach for over 10 years, with the last seven years as a coach with PCI specialising in personal development coaching and organisational development. She has extensive experience in helping individuals develop their thinking, improve communication and leadership skills and to take ownership of their potential and their goals.

Sharon uses the latest change technologies from Neuro Linguistics to form a coaching strategy that goes way beyond some of the traditional models.

Current coaching clients include directors and executives at all levels in public and private organisations. This includes directors of engineering based organisations, senior executives in the Civil Service (including the Department of Health and The Foreign Office) and executives from blue chip organisations in the UK, Switzerland, USA & Germany.

Recent organisational development projects include developing a CRM awareness programme for a luxury car manufacturer, designing a leadership development programme for a Local Authority and delivering leadership development workshops for the top 6,000 leaders of a global bank.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Sharon's managed the training and development function for the retail network at Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd. There she developed communication, sales and management training for over a thousand staff. During this period, the UK was recognised as the world's market leader for sales training. In this role Sharon also chaired international workshops on the subject of coaching, training and development around the world.

• Practioner and master-practitioner and trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
• Member of the ABNLP
