Katrina Stride

Katrina is a creative Executive Coach and Learning and development Professional who specialises in bringing together her theatrical and business backgrounds to design and deliver extraordinary interventions to support the achievement of business goals.

As an Executive Coach, Katrina has extensive experience of supporting and challenging executives to transform their performance and confidence levels through her practical and high energy approach.

With specialist knowledge of the financial services sector and many blue chip organisations. She has worked across a wide range of industries in both private and public sectors. Her skill is in understanding how people and organisations work and the important links between employee satisfaction, leadership, resilience and business profitability.

As a management development specialist within Barclays Bank her duties included the design and delivery of Leadership interventions including, Performance Development, Coaching for Change, Sales Leadership, Presentation and Facilitation skills to 450 leaders across a multi-site operation. Katrina is qualified to use MBTI. She has facilitated a £10 million major cultural change programme for target audience of more than 6000 leaders at all levels and acted as a consultant to identify solutions for non performance against business targets.
