Coaching in Karen's own words:
"Coaching creates the time and space for a busy professional to explore how they can improve their performance. The unique nature of the coaching framework allows the coach to develop a good rapport with the client and to unravel the current issues impacting on their performance. The coach works with the client to identify the drivers of the problem and to see the issues from more than one perspective. The solutions and new ideas that emerge from coaching will benefit the client and their organisation."
