Coaching in Caroline's own words:

"Effective coaching provides individuals with a uniquely safe place to explore the challenges that they face, develop greater self awareness and make significant and sustainable change to achieve their objectives.

Coaching will look and feel different depending on the needs and personality of the individual being coached. It should be supportive so as to encourage exploration and experimenting with new ideas and approaches but also challenging to move the individual forward.

Key to success for all coaching experiences is deep trust and commitment, clear objectives that link to the organisation and a resourceful, insightful and outcomes focused coach."
