Ann Roques

Ann has been an Executive coach since January 1999, she is a French native who is fluent in English and her specialist areas include change and transitions, and enhancing her clients' ability to quickly adapt to new environments, roles, companies or country cultures. Her main focus is on individuals taking more challenging roles at a senior and international level.

Ann has coached clients across almost every business sector from telecoms, to retail, the oil industry, airlines and education. She often focuses on the precise language they use to help them gain clarity into the challenges they face. She also uses symbolic metaphors to help clients get to the bottom of the issues they face, believing that picture does indeed speak 1,000 words.

She has vast experience of working in industry after 18 years in finance, supply chain and change management in a multi billion dollar international business. This included 11 years based in the UK with worldwide responsibilities.

Recent clients include Bayer, Lyondell/Arco Chemical, MRI, Alcatel, Total Fina Elf, Dell, AT Kearney, Air France, PwC, and Rennes University.

Qualifications:

  • DESS "Banque et Finance" (equivalent to an MBA in Finance)
  • Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming
  • Associate Member to the SociétÉ Française de Coaching
  • Professional Certified Coach with ICF
