Coaching in Ann's own words:
"I believe that the role of the coach is to help clients to be more of the best of what they are. This means, more often than not, asking insightful questions, rather than providing clever solutions. It means, as a coach, providing the space and the conditions for insight, experiment and learning and then the confidence to act."
Are stories just a good yarn or an essential development tool to help coaches get their point across?
