As a team Coach, Annemarie's work involves opening up communication within organisations, notably by creating a platform for managers and staff to define their vision, values and purpose. She also works closely with teams to resolve conflict within them.

She also previously spent ten years working in industry in various senior operational roles including as a stockbroker in the Wall Street operation of a Japanese securities house; and as VP of an event business in New York.

Coaching in Annemarie's own words

"Coaching is a great opportunity for you to discover how to face current challenges, and how to be more effective and grow. It's about raising your awareness of how you might be holding yourself back - and from that awareness, creating choices for the future. As a coach, I aim to be insightful, challenging and supportive, as well as offering a safe environment for you to explore. And while it's like having someone rooting for you, it's important that you can create that support as well for yourself within the relationship."
