Coaching in Tim's own words:
"Coaching is about helping people find their own way to take the most effective action possible in any situation. It's the purest form of learning available because it is entirely focused on the individual's needs. Coaching is a powerful, straight-line force that enables people to advance purposefully and skilfully. It creates wisdom from difficulty and finds great potential in the most ordinary situation. Coaching works wonders."
