
Ewa is a Management and Performance coach with 8 years cross-cultural Eastern European experience in the Polish and UK markets. In addition to holding management roles, she has worked as trainer, mentor and facilitator helping individuals and teams to develop.
In addition to coaching her main area of interest is Leadership and Management strategy. She has a proven record of designing, implementing and evaluating leadership and management programmes successfully at all levels.
Her clients come from, both the public and private sectors and include Hewlett Packard, NHS, travel organisation Voyages of Discovery and Bank Zachodni WBK SA (part of Allied Irish Bank). Her specialist area of coaching is talent through to middle management and Director Level.
Results focused, she is committed to developing and agreeing with clients' measurable and achievable deliverables via honest and straightforward communication. Her style of work is creative and pragmatic, and involves challenging current beliefs that may limit development by working on the attitudes and behaviors clients' want to change. This is achieved by empowering individuals' to build on their values, interests and strengths.
All Coaching sessions are tailored around the needs and style of the individual by drawing on their current skills and qualities by focusing and expanding on the client's existing potential.
